服务条款Terms of Service
欢迎使用「页读」（英文名 Folio，以下简称“本 App”）。本服务条款说明你使用本 App 及其相关服务（包括同步功能和官方网站 folio.xiaott.xyz）时适用的规则。使用本 App 即表示你同意本条款；如不同意，请停止使用。
1. 服务内容
本 App 是一个本地阅读工具，提供电子书阅读、书源解析、书签与阅读进度管理，以及可选的同步功能。本 App 本身不提供、不存储、也不分发任何书籍内容。
2. 书源与第三方内容
- 书源、订阅源由你自行添加。通过书源获取的内容来自第三方网站，与开发者无关，开发者不对其合法性、准确性、完整性或可用性作任何保证。
- 第三方网站可能随时变更、失效或限制访问，导致相关书源无法使用，这不属于本 App 的故障。
- 请仅添加和使用你有权访问的内容来源。
3. 同步服务
- 同步功能使用你自己选择并登录的存储服务（WebDAV、Microsoft OneDrive、Google Drive）。这些服务由各自的提供商运营，你需要同时遵守它们的条款。
- 开发者不运营任何同步服务器，无法查看、恢复或代为管理你保存在这些服务中的数据。
- 网络状况、第三方服务的变更或故障可能导致同步失败或数据冲突。请自行保留重要数据的备份。
4. 服务的变更与中断
开发者可能随时更新、调整或停止本 App 的部分或全部功能，包括与第三方服务的对接，恕不另行通知。本 App 按“现状”提供，不保证不中断、无错误或满足你的全部需求。
5. 免责声明与责任限制
在法律允许的最大范围内，开发者不对因使用或无法使用本 App 造成的任何直接或间接损失承担责任，包括但不限于数据丢失、阅读进度丢失、因第三方内容引起的纠纷，以及第三方服务的中断。

本 App 如何处理你的信息，请参阅隐私政策。
7. 用户协议
你对本 App 的使用许可和使用规范，另见用户协议。本条款与用户协议共同构成你与开发者之间的约定。
8. 条款修改
开发者可能修改本条款，修改后会更新本页面和上方的生效日期。修改后继续使用本 App，即视为接受修改后的条款。

Welcome to Folio (Chinese name 页读, “the App”). These Terms of Service set out the rules that apply when you use the App and its related services, including sync and the website folio.xiaott.xyz. By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the App.
1. The service
The App is an on-device reading tool that provides e-book reading, book source parsing, bookmarks and reading progress, and optional sync. The App itself does not provide, host or distribute any book content.
2. Book sources and third-party content
- Book sources and RSS sources are added by you. Content obtained through them comes from third-party websites that have nothing to do with the developer, who makes no guarantee about its legality, accuracy, completeness or availability.
- Third-party websites may change, go offline or restrict access at any time, which may stop a source from working. This is not a fault of the App.
- Only add and use content sources you are entitled to access.
3. Sync
- Sync uses the storage service you choose and sign in to (WebDAV, Microsoft OneDrive or Google Drive). These services are operated by their own providers, and you must also follow their terms.
- The developer operates no sync servers and cannot view, recover or manage the data you keep in those services.
- Network conditions or changes and outages at third-party services may cause sync failures or conflicts. Please keep your own backups of important data.
4. Changes and interruptions
The developer may update, change or discontinue some or all features of the App at any time, including integrations with third-party services, without prior notice. The App is provided “as is”, without any guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or meet all your needs.
5. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from the use of or inability to use the App, including but not limited to loss of data or reading progress, disputes arising from third-party content, and outages of third-party services.
6. Privacy
See the Privacy Policy for how the App handles your information.
7. User Agreement
Your license to use the App and the rules of use are set out in the User Agreement. These Terms and the User Agreement together form the agreement between you and the developer.
8. Changes to these Terms
The developer may revise these Terms and will update this page and the effective date above. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
