Privacy Policy
WebDAV
Microsoft OneDrive
ReadWrite.AppFolder(只能读写 OneDrive 中本 App 专用的文件夹)、User.Read(读取账号名称用于显示)和 offline_access(保持登录)权限,无法访问你 OneDrive 中的其他文件。
Google Drive

This policy explains how Folio (Chinese name 页读, “the App”) handles your information. The App has no servers of its own; the developer does not collect, store or view your personal data.
1. Data stored on your device
Books you import, your library, reading progress, bookmarks, book sources, RSS sources and reading settings are stored only on your device. The App contains no ads and uses no analytics or tracking tools.
2. Book sources and network requests
When you search with book sources, read online books or open RSS sources, the App connects directly from your device to the third-party websites behind those sources. These websites are not operated by the developer, and their own policies apply to how they handle requests.
3. Sync (optional)
Sync is off by default. When you turn it on, the App saves the following to the storage service you choose and sign in to, so it can be synced across your devices:
- Your library list, reading progress, bookmarks and reading settings
- Book sources and RSS sources
- Book covers and table-of-contents data for online books
- Imported book files (only if you turn on “Book Files” sync)
This data travels directly between your device and your storage service and never passes through any server operated by the developer.
WebDAV
The server address and account you enter are stored on your device; the password is stored in the system Keychain. Data is saved in a Folio folder on that server.
Microsoft OneDrive
You sign in on Microsoft's own page. The App only requests Files.ReadWrite.AppFolder (read and write only the App's own folder in OneDrive), User.Read (to show your account name) and offline_access (to stay signed in). It cannot access any other files in your OneDrive. Sign-in credentials are stored in the system Keychain.
Google Drive
You sign in on Google's own page. The App only requests the https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.appdata scope, which allows it to read and write only the App's own hidden application data folder in Google Drive. It cannot see, modify or delete any other files in your Google Drive. Data obtained from Google is used solely to sync the reading data listed above between your devices. It is not used for advertising, is not sold, and is not shared with any third party; no one other than you, including the developer, reads this data.
Folio's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
4. Deleting your data
- On your device: remove books from your library, or delete the App.
- Stop syncing: turn off sync or sign out in Settings → Sync in the App.
- WebDAV: delete the
Foliofolder on your server. - OneDrive: delete the App's folder inside the Apps folder in OneDrive, and revoke access in your Microsoft account privacy settings.
- Google Drive: in Google Drive on the web, open Settings → Manage apps, find the App and choose “Delete hidden app data”; you can revoke access under Google Account third-party access.
5. Children
The App does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children.
6. Changes
If this policy changes, this page will be updated along with the effective date above.
